Katja Grgić is a psychologist and the founder and director of Arethine Institute. For more than two decades, she has worked with leaders and organisations on how people connect, make decisions and turn shared purpose into action.
The idea for arethino. grew from a very practical moment: asked at short notice to moderate a roundtable, Katja needed to understand who would be in the room, what mattered to them and how to guide the conversation with confidence. An agenda alone could not give her that.
She created arethino. to make that kind of preparation possible for anyone facing an interaction that matters — whether they need to clarify their intent, get to know the people involved or think through how they will engage.
